Hello Earl:

Thanks for taking the time to contact Mc's.

You may be interested to know that the beeping sounds you hear while visiting Mc's restaurants are the timers going off to inform our employees that the products cooking in the vats are ready. Unfortunately, to keep up with the volume of food being prepared during a busy lunch period, these timers may appear to be continuously going off. I apologize if these sounds are disturbing to you.

If, in the future you receive unsatisfactory service, we want to know about it. Please let me know the exact location of the restaurant you visited and details about your visit. I will immediately investigate your concerns.

Again, thanks for taking the time to contact Mc's. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again.

Dear Mc's,

I love all the beeping sounds in your restaurant. BEEP... BZZZZP... BEEEEEEP! It's so exciting, like being inside a pinball machine.

Is there any way I could hear these same sounds at home? I would love to listen to them over and over for hours, like your employees do.

Have you considered making a cassette or CD, called "Life at Mc's"? If you do, please send me a copy.

Your friend,

Earl
